1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HyperPrompt ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HyperPrompt provides an AI prompt engineering platform that allows users to create, enhance, save, and share prompts, rules, and skills for AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Gemini, and others.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. User Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create ("User Content"). By submitting User Content to HyperPrompt, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

Public Content

Content you mark as public may be viewed, copied, and used by other users. You should only share content you have the right to share.

Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit content that:

  • Violates any law or regulation
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware or malicious code
  • Is harmful, threatening, or harassing
  • Is designed to generate illegal, harmful, or unethical AI outputs

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Scrape or collect data from the Service without permission
  • Use automated tools to access the Service excessively
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier

The free tier includes limited features as described on our pricing page.

Pro Subscription

  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

Refunds

Refunds may be provided at our discretion. Contact support@hyperpromptai.com for refund requests.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by HyperPrompt and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to enhance prompts. AI-generated content is provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing and using AI outputs appropriately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HYPERPROMPT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
